Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients (2-3 servings)
- Thin cut beef....................... 10.5 oz
- Onion.................................. 2/3 count
- Mushroom........................... 4 count
- Garlic................................... 1 clove
- Pepper & salt...................... pinches
- Butter................................... 1 tbsp
- Brandy................................. 2 tbsp
- Crème fraise....................... 3 tbsp
- Black pepper....................... pinches
- Cooked warm rice.............. at your choice
- Minced parsley.................... pinches

- Italian tomato sauce..................... 1/2 cup
- Steak sauce................................. 1/3 cup
- Water............................................ 1/2 cup
- Bay leaf......................................... 2 pieces
- Beef stock.................................... 1/4 cup
Steps
- Marinate the beef with salt and black Slice up onions and mushrooms. Mince the garlic.
- Set skillet temperature to MED. Add butter. When butter melts, add beef, garlic, onions, and mushrooms.
- Add brandy.Set temperature to HI. Stir fry for 2-3 mins. Add A. Mix well. Set temperature to LOW/MED. Close the lid. Cook for 5-8 mins. Add crème fraise. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with rice. Garnish with black pepper and parsley.
