Creamy Mustard Chicken Asparagus

Ingredients (2-3 servings)
- Chicken drumstick........................... 2 counts
- Salt, pepper, cake flour.................... pinches
- Onion............................................... 1/2 count
- Asparagus........................................ 4 counts
- Butter................................................ 1 tbsp
- White wine....................................... 3 tbsp
- Water................................................ 1/2 cup

- Creme fraise.................................... 1/2 cup
- Mustard............................................ 1 tbsp
- Salt & pepper................................... pinches
Steps
- Cut up the chicken drumstick into chunks. Marinate with salt, pepper, and cake flour. Slice up the onion. Peel off the hard skin of asparagus.
- Set the skillet temperature to MED. Melt the butter. Sear both sides of the chicken until brown. Add onions, stir fry for 2-3 mins.
- Set temperature to HI. Add white wine. Close the lid. Cook until boil. Set the temperature to LOW/MED. Cook for 4-6 mins.
- When the chicken is cooked, add asparagus and A. Close the lid for 3-4 mins.
