Curry Chicken Rice
Ingredients (2-3 servings)
- Chicken drumstick........................... 3 counts
- Onion............................................... 2.5 count
- Butter............................................... 3 oz
- Almond powder............................... 3 tbsp
- Crème fraise................................... 1 cup
- Warm cooked rice.......................... at your choice
- Minced parsley................................ pinches
- Hungarian chili powder................... pinches
- Dried chili powder........................... pinches
A
- Unsweetened yogurt........................... 1 cup
- Curry powder....................................... 2 tbsp
B
- Bay leaf.......................................... 3 leaves
- Minced ginger................................. 2 tsp
- Minced garlic.................................. 1 clove
- Water.............................................. 1 cup
- Salts............................................... 1 tbsp
- Curry powder.................................. 2 tbsp
Steps
- Cut up the chicken drumstick into small chunks. Marinate with A for 30 mins. Dice up the onions.
- Set the saucepan temperature to LOW. Add butter and onion. Stir fry for 5 mins.
- Add chicken and stir fry for 3 mins. Add B. Close the lid. Set the temperature to HI. Cook until boil. Set temperature to LOW/MED. Slowly cook for 10-15mis. Stir from time to time.
- Add almond powder and crème fraise. Cook for 5 mins.
- Garnish with parsley and chili powder.
