Curry Chicken Rice Food Party 3 in 1 Electric Skillet, Saucepan, and Steamer

 

Ingredients (2-3 servings)

  • Chicken drumstick........................... 3 counts
  • Onion............................................... 2.5 count
  • Butter............................................... 3 oz
  • Almond powder............................... 3 tbsp
  • Crème fraise................................... 1 cup
  • Warm cooked rice.......................... at your choice
  • Minced parsley................................ pinches
  • Hungarian chili powder................... pinches
  • Dried chili powder........................... pinches

A

  • Unsweetened yogurt........................... 1 cup
  • Curry powder....................................... 2 tbsp

B

  • Bay leaf.......................................... 3 leaves
  • Minced ginger................................. 2 tsp
  • Minced garlic.................................. 1 clove
  • Water.............................................. 1 cup
  • Salts............................................... 1 tbsp
  • Curry powder.................................. 2 tbsp

 

Steps

  1. Cut up the chicken drumstick into small chunks. Marinate with A for 30 mins. Dice up the onions.
  2. Set the saucepan temperature to LOW. Add butter and onion. Stir fry for 5 mins.
  3. Add chicken and stir fry for 3 mins. Add B. Close the lid. Set the temperature to HI. Cook until boil. Set temperature to LOW/MED. Slowly cook for 10-15mis. Stir from time to time.
  4. Add almond powder and crème fraise. Cook for 5 mins.
  5. Garnish with parsley and chili powder.
