Fruity Chiffon Cake Food Party 3 in 1 Electric Skillet, Saucepan, and Steamer

Ingredients

  • Egg.................................... 3 counts
  • Sugar................................. 3 oz
  • Cake flour.......................... 2.5 oz
  • Butter................................. 0.5 oz

A                                                

  • Sugar................................. 2 tbsp
  • Water................................. 2 tbsp
  • Cognac.............................. 1/4 tsp

B                                                

  • Crème Fraise.................... 7 oz
  • Sugar................................. 0.5 oz
  • Maple Syrup...................... at your choice
  • Your favorite fruits!

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and add half of the sugar. With the hand mixer, mix until bubbling. Add the rest of the sugar, mix until the mixture becomes white and 2 times of the original volume.
  2. Add cake Mix with spatula. Add melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Set the saucepan temperature to LOW. Preheat for 2 mins. Add ingredients for step 2. Close the lid and let it cook for 25 - 30 mins. Once the surface of the batter is cooked turn off the temperature. Close the lid and let it continue to cook for 5-10 mins. When ready, remove from the appliance and let it completely cool down before you move it to the fridge.
  4. In a ramekin, melt A in the microwave for 40-50 secs until the sugar is completely melted.
  5. Add sugar to B and mix for 7 mins.
  6. Spread the A onto the cake and spread crème fraise. Add fruits, maple syrup and anything you like!
