  • Chicken drumstick................................... 2 counts
  • Salts, black pepper, cake flour................ pinches
  • Bell peppers............................................ 3 counts
  • Onions..................................................... 1/2 count

Steps

  1. Cut up the chicken drumsticks into chunks. Marinate with salts, pepper, and cake flour.
  2. Slice up bell pepper,onions
  3. Set skillet temperature to HI. Preheat 2-3 mins. Add olive oil. Pan fry both sides of the chick until brown.
  4. Set temperature to MED. Add vegetables. Pan fry for 1-2 mins. Add white wine and A.Close the lid. Set the temperature to LOW/MED. Cook for 5-8 mins until chicken is fully cooked. Stir from time.
