Italian Tomato Chicken Stew
Ingredients (2-3 servings)
- Chicken drumstick................................... 2 counts
- Salts, black pepper, cake flour................ pinches
- Bell peppers............................................ 3 counts
- Onions..................................................... 1/2 count
- Garlic....................................................... 1 clove
- Olive oil.................................................... 1.5 tbsp
- White wine............................................... 2 tbsp

- Tomato sauce......................................... 2/3 cups
- Sugar....................................................... 1 tsp
- Salt & black pepper................................. pinches
- Dried oregano......................................... pinches
- Dried chili................................................ 1 Count
Steps
- Cut up the chicken drumsticks into chunks. Marinate with salts, pepper, and cake flour.
- Slice up bell pepper,onions
- Set skillet temperature to HI. Preheat 2-3 mins. Add olive oil. Pan fry both sides of the chick until brown.
- Set temperature to MED. Add vegetables. Pan fry for 1-2 mins. Add white wine and A.Close the lid. Set the temperature to LOW/MED. Cook for 5-8 mins until chicken is fully cooked. Stir from time.
