Roasted Tuna

Roasted Tuna Food Party 3 in 1 Electric Skillet, Saucepan, and Steamer

 

Ingredients (2-3 servings)

  • Thick cut tuna........................... 2 steaks
  • Avocado................................ 1 count
  • Tomato................................. 1 count
  • Salt & Pepper............................ pinches
  • Olive oil.................................. 1 tbsp
  • Vinaigrette................................ 1 tsp
  • Lemon.................................... 1/2 count

Steps

  1. Dry the surface of the tuna with paper towel. Marinate with salt and pepper. Cut the avocado into halves and pit it. Slice it into pieces. Slice up the tomato.
  2. Set the skillet temperature to HI. Add olive oil. Pan fry the tuna until crisp on both sides. Pan fry the avocado and tomatoes. 30 secs each side.
  3. Cut the tuna to 1 inch thick. Serve with avocado, tomato, vinaigrette and lemons.
