Savory Buckwheat Crepes (Mushrooms, ham, and cheese)

Ingredients (2-3 servings)
Water................ 1/2 cupSalts.................. 1/4 tsp
Buckwheat flour........ 2oz
Olive oil............. 1.5 tbsp
Eggs................ 4 counts
Ham................................. 3 pieces
Mushrooms (sliced).................. 3 counts
Cheddar cheese...................... 3oz
Salts................................. pinches
Black pepper......................... pinches
Step
- In a large bowl, beat the egg. Add the buckwheat flour, salt, water. Mix well. Wrap it up and put it in the fridge overnight.
- Add the olive oil on the skillet. Set the temperature to MED. Spread the batter thinly on the skillet. Set the temperature to HI. Cook until the side of the crepe is lightly brown.
- Add the egg on the center of the crepe. Add mushrooms, cheese, and ham. Close the lid. Cook for 3 mins.
- Fold up the four corner of the crepe before plating. Garnish with salts and pepper.
