Korean Soybean Paste Marinated Pork for Grill
Korean grill is also one of the most communal feast among Korean dishes. If you are Korean drama watcher, you must be very familiar plots where people gather around a grill topped with meat and with beers on their tables. Indeed, grilled meat is very common and often served with Korean hot pot and other sides dishes like Kimchi. Korean people often wrap the meat with rice and fresh lettuce to balance out the grease. Ingredients:
- 1lbs thinly sliced pork loin
Marination:
- 1tbs of Korean soybean paste
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 3 tbs of rice wine
- 1 tbs of sesame oil
- 1 pint of sugar
- chopped garlic
- 1 pint of ground pepper
- green leaf lettuce
- kimchi
Instructions:
Step 1: Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl with the meat; and mix well. Marinate overnight.
