Grilled lamb chops is a dish that makes everything so festive and bubbly. It's also surprisingly easy to make with Food Party 2 in 1 Electric Smokeless Grill and hotpot. Everyone around the table get grill their own lamb chop. Sounds amazing right? Let's get started!
4 lamb chops
4 Garlic gloves
1 tbps of unsalted butter
1 tbps of lemon juice
2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
1 tbps of salt
2 tbps of ground black pepper
1 yellow pepper or celery, carrot at your choice
1.Wash and dry the lamb chops. Sprinkle both sides with salt and black pepper and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Peel the potatoes and dice them up in to small pieces. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Turn on Food Party Hotpot to high heat. Add some oil. Add potatoes, tomatoes and peppers and stir-fry until done.
4. Turn on Food Party Grill to medium heat. Butter the surface then add garlic, rosemary and lamb chops.
5. Saute lamb chops on both sides until browned. Use the oil brush to brush excessive oil on the lamb chops.
Control the time depending on how well you like the lamb done.
6. To Serve:
Add diced vegetables and arrange lamb chops and rosemary
Top with lemon juice for a refreshing finish
