Japanese Sukiyaki
Ingredients
- Thin cut beef............................. 7 oz
- Pan fried tofu............................ 5 oz
- Cabbage................................... 2 leaves
- Leek.......................................... 1 count
- Carrot........................................ 1/3 count
- Mushroom................................. at your choice
- Konjac silk................................. 1 pack
- Egg............................................ 1 count

- Sugar.......................................... 1 tbsp
- Rice wine.................................... 2 tbsp
- Sweet rice wine.......................... 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce................................... 2 tbsp
Steps
- Cut up all the vegetables
- Set skillet temperature to HI. Lightly fry the beef until half cooked. Add 2 tbsp of A. Mix well. Plate the meat.
- Add all vegetables into skillet. Add the rest of A. Close the lid. Set temperature to HI. Cook for 5 mins.
- Add beef. Close the lid. Set temperature to MED. Cook for 3-5 mins. Dip the raw egg as sauce and serve.
