Japanese Sukiyaki

 Japanese Sukiyaki  Food Party 3 in 1 Electric Skillet, Saucepan, and Steamer

Ingredients

  • Thin cut beef............................. 7 oz
  • Pan fried tofu............................ 5 oz
  • Cabbage................................... 2 leaves
  • Leek.......................................... 1 count
  • Carrot........................................ 1/3 count
  • Mushroom................................. at your choice
  • Konjac silk................................. 1 pack
  • Egg............................................ 1 count

A

  • Sugar.......................................... 1 tbsp
  • Rice wine.................................... 2 tbsp
  • Sweet rice wine.......................... 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce................................... 2 tbsp

Steps

  1. Cut up all the vegetables
  2. Set skillet temperature to HI. Lightly fry the beef until half cooked. Add 2 tbsp of A. Mix well. Plate the meat.
  3. Add all vegetables into skillet. Add the rest of A. Close the lid. Set temperature to HI. Cook for 5 mins.
  4. Add beef. Close the lid. Set temperature to MED. Cook for 3-5 mins. Dip the raw egg as sauce and serve.
