Korean Hot Pot, Budae Jjigae with Kimchi
Budae Jjigae, known as Army Stew, got its name from war time as a dish in army supplies. It's one of the quintessential Korean hotpot dishes with spicy, hearty, and addictive tastes. And, it's super easy to make at home with Food Party 2 in 1 Electric Smokeless Grill and Hot Pot.
Ingredients:
Soup:
- oil
- garlic
- Korean chilli paste,
- kimchi
- Spam
- tofu
- Shin Ramen
- eggs
- cheddar cheese
- some Asian veggies at you choice (bean sprouts, cabbages, and etc)
Cookings:
Step 1:
Turn on Food Party electric hotpot. In the pot, stir fry the garlic, Korean chili paste, and Kimchi. Until flavory smells come out. Pour in water until boil.
Step 2:
Put in spam, tofu, shin ramen, and some Asian Veggies; boil for 3 minutes. When the ramen is nearly ready, put a piece of cheddar cheese on top.
Step 3:
Turn on Food Party Electric Griddle. Pan fry the eggs in a way you like. I personally always love it to be sunny side up. Voila. Ready to serve!
