Spiced Apple Chips

PREP: 10 minutes
DEHYDRATE: 12 hours

  • 2 red apples
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. PEEL AND CORE the apples, then slice into ¼-inch-thick
    slices.
  2. MIX together the lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg,
    vanilla extract, and sliced apples until apples are evenly
    coated.
  3. PLACE the apple slices evenly between the Cosori Food
    Dehydrator trays.
  4. DRY at 145°F for 6 to 12 hours, or until done.
