Spiced Apple Chips
PREP: 10 minutes
DEHYDRATE: 12 hours
- 2 red apples
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

- PEEL AND CORE the apples, then slice into ¼-inch-thick
slices.
- MIX together the lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg,
vanilla extract, and sliced apples until apples are evenly coated.
- PLACE the apple slices evenly between the Cosori Food
Dehydrator trays.
- DRY at 145°F for 6 to 12 hours, or until done.
