
Candied Sweet and Spicy Bacon
PREP: 12 hours 10 minutes
DEHYDRATE: 6 hours
- 10 strips bacon
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons garlic chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons mirin

CUT bacon strips into halves or thirds. Set aside.

COMBINE all ingredients into a bowl until well mixed.

PLACE the cut bacon and marinade into a sealable plastic bag. Mix well.

MARINATE in the fridge for 12 hours or overnight.

PLACE the bacon evenly between the Food Party Food Dehydrator trays.

DRY at 165°F for 6 hours, or until done.
